Policies

While Monte Nido and Affiliates goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues which require intervention and/or action.

When a participant, either orally or in written format, files a grievance and expects action on the complaint, the following actions will be taken.

1. If the grievance concerns a speaker or the content presented by the speaker the individual filing the grievance will be asked to put his/her comments in written format.

2. If the grievance concerns MN&A CE program, in a specific regard, the CE Chair will attempt to arbitrate.

Please contact Carrie Hunnicutt, 203-922-2077, chunnicutt@montenidoaffiliates.com to submit a complaint, or if you have additional questions.

Monte Nido & Affiliates Continuing Education Offerings are free of charge and offered to provide a heightened awareness and sensitivity in the treatment of eating disorders.

Our locations are all ADA accessible as required by law for those with ambulatory challenges, and we work with interpreters or translators as requested for other accommodations, as well as provide additional written material to reference for those who are hearing impaired. Additionally, we would not host any educational events at a venue that was not ADA compliant.

Registration is completed online. There is no requirement to notify the event manager of a cancellation.
