Candace Blood is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor. Candace serves as the Director of Clinical Services at Longleaf Hospital where she oversees the Social Service Department and the Intensive Outpatient Program. Candace has previously held other management roles in agencies in her community. She has extensive experience working with the
Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health populations. She is trained in EMDR therapy, CPT, and REBT therapy. She has a private practice in which she works with professionals with substance use disorders including the Recovering Nurses Program, the Healthcare Professionals’ Foundation of Louisiana, and the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program.

Each professional is responsible for the individual requirements as stipulated by his/her licensing agency. Please contact your individual licensing board/regulatory agency to review continuing education requirements for licensure renewal.
Participants must be logged in for the entire program to be eligible to receive CE credit. Participants who complete the webinar will receive an email with the link to the evaluation form – this will be sent to the email account used to register. Once the evaluation form is completed, participants will be able to download their certificate.
