  • Define compassion fatigue and how COVID is impacting mental health professionals with specific emphasis on how COVID has negatively impacted communities of color.
  • Identify symptoms of compassion fatigue they may be experiencing and objectively measure the severity of symptoms.
  • Develop a sustainability plan to help manage symptoms of compassion fatigue and improve their quality of life.
