New Orleans EDucational Training Day

National Alliance for Eating Disorders* presents the New Orleans EDucational Training Day
*(formerly The Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness)

Join us on Friday, November 4th from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CDT at Tulane University for a full day event that brings together experts from diverse fields in the treatment of eating disorders. The training focuses on topics including refeeding complications for those with severe malnutrition, challenges of treating eating disorders virtually, and recent research on incorporating physical activity into eating disorder treatment . The training day will encompass five workshops with continuing education opportunities for psychologists, master's level licensed clinicians, social workers, and registered dietitians/nutritionists. The training is also open to students, recent graduates, and medical practitioners who are wanting to learn more and expand their skill set. Attendees will be eligible to receive up to 7.5 CE hours. (Please see CE Info tab for more information on who is eligible to receive CE credit.)
