Ashley Kaufman, MS., Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, joined Center for Discovery in 2020, earning her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lynn University. Recently Ashley stepped into the role of Program Manager in North Palm Beach and facilitates the virtual Binge Eating Disorder Support in Recovery group for the East Coast.
Ashley commits to helping others by providing services to adults and adolescents wrestling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. Her approach to therapy is to provide a safe space where clients can foster an honest and collaborative therapeutic relationship to promote healing and pursue balanced wellness.
She has completed Level III Gottman Method Couples Therapy training and a 200-hour yoga teacher training. She is continually pursuing growth through self-study, attending conferences, and educational literature. She is currently a member of the American Counseling Association and the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals.
Ashley enjoys hanging out with her Dauschund/Schnauzer Mix, Marvin, reading nonfiction, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Vice President of Child and Adolescent Medicine, Accanto Health
Dr. Anna B. Tanner is Vice President of Child and Adolescent Medicine for Accanto Health, the parent company of Veritas Collaborative and The Emily Program. She is a board-certified Pediatrician who has specialized in the care of complicated adolescent patients, in particular patients with eating disorders, for over 20 years.

Dr. Tanner completed medical school and residency at Vanderbilt University, and then remained there to serve on the Pediatrics faculty in the Division of Young Adult and Adolescent Medicine. Dr. Tanner has been very involved in advocacy and education efforts and serves on national and international committees for eating disorders education. She speaks frequently across the United States on the Medical Complications of Eating Disorders, especially as they affect children and young adolescents, and contributed a book chapter on that topic in the 4th edition of Dr. Philip S. Mehler’s Eating Disorders: A Comprehensive Guide to Medical Care and Complications.
Dr. Tanner currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pediatrics for Emory University School of Medicine and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pediatrics for Morehouse School of Medicine. She is co-chair of the Academy of Eating Disorders (AED) Medical Care Standards Committee and a member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP) Certification Committee Task Force.
Dr. Tanner is a Fellow in the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine (SAHM), a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, and a Certified Eating Disorders Supervisor. She has been named by Atlanta magazine as a “Top Doctor” every year from 2013 to 2022 and named by Castle Connelly as an Exceptional Woman in Medicine and one of America’s Most Honored Doctors.

Dr. Tyler A. Wooten is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist who is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has been a practicing psychiatrist and psychotherapist for over 20 years. He entered medical school in 1995 with the sole intention of becoming a pediatric psychiatrist. Dr. Wooten began college at Southern Methodist University on a fine arts scholarship in the Meadows School.
His path towards understanding and meaning ultimately led him to be interested in the study of psychotherapy. He entered medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, in his hometown of Little Rock, and after graduation began his medical internship at the University of Virginia.
He completed his general adult residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center and went on to advance training in a pediatric psychiatry fellowship at Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Wooten left his private practice at Uptown Analytic Practices in January 2016 and became the Medical Director of Eating Recovery Center, Dallas. He feels he has been most inspired as a clinician by eating disorders, drug and alcohol addictions, and his past work in the juvenile detention system.

Chief Strategy Officer, Accanto Health
Dr. Jillian Lampert is the Chief Strategy Officer of Accanto Health, the parent company of The Emily Program and Veritas Collaborative.
Additionally, Dr. Lampert is Co-Founder and President of the REDC, the national consortium representing eating disorders care focused on treatment standards, best practices, access to care, and collaborative research. She is also a Board Member of the Eating Disorders Coalition, a DC-based national organization for eating disorders policy and advocacy, and a Board Member of WithAll, a Minnesota-based organization that empowers eating disorder prevention and strengthens support for recovery. She holds an adjunct graduate faculty position in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Lampert completed her doctorate degree in Nutrition and Epidemiology and Master of Public Health degree in Public Health Nutrition at the University of Minnesota. She earned a Master of Science degree in Nutrition at the University of Vermont and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinics. She has an expansive range of policy, clinical, research, education, teaching, and program development experience in the area of eating disorders.
Dr. Lampert has served on the Board of Directors of the Academy for Eating Disorders as the Electronic Media Portfolio Director and co-chair of the Academy for Eating Disorders Nutrition Special Interest Group. She is a Fellow of the Academy for Eating Disorders (FAED) and a member of the Academy for Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association), and BHN (Behavioral Health Nutrition) dietetic practice group. Dr. Lampert is the author of numerous book chapters and articles addressing the nutritional treatment of eating disorders, body image, sports participation, adolescent health, and disordered eating and she regularly speaks regionally and nationally on numerous eating disorder-related topics.
One of her primary goals in life is to have the kids in her house (and everywhere!) have confident, loving relationships with their bodies and themselves.

Stacy Schilter Pisano is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist in Washington State. She acquired her master's from Antioch University in 2007 and earned the national certification as an Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) from IAEDP in 2013. For nearly 15 years, Stacy has been assisting individuals and families impacted by body dissatisfaction, disordered eating and clinical eating disorders. She has been trained as a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills trainer and individual therapist. She is also versed in Family Based Treatment (FBT) and relies on her training in family systems when working with clients of all ages. Since 2014, Stacy has been the director of The Emily Program’s South Sound location in Olympia, WA. Within this role, she oversees a treatment facility offering PHP, IOP, OP and FBT services. She works alongside a multi-disciplinary team assisting people as they strive toward recovery from intrusive body image challenges and disordered eating behaviors. Stacy is also actively involved with her local IAEDP chapter, on which she serves as past President, and enthusiastically educates her community in collaboration with other professionals.

Nutrition Coordinator, Dietetic Internship Coordinator and Outreach Specialist, The Emily Program
Hilmar Wagner is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN), Licensed Nutritionist in the State of Minnesota and Certified Dietitian (CD) in the state of Washington. Hilmar joined the Emily Program in 2006, and currently serves as the Training Coordinator for Nutrition Services, Dietetic Internship Coordinator and Clinical Education Specialist for Accanto Health. In this role he assists in internal nutrition-related education and training, coordinates dietetic intern experiences across all locations, and provides external continuing education on eating disorders and nutrition for community providers and professional organizations. He regularly presents on eating disorder and nutrition topics at local, regional, and national conferences. Hilmar received his bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics and master's in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Minnesota. He has worked in the field of eating disorders for the past 15 years. Hilmar has extensive experience working with clients of all eating disorder diagnoses in both individual and group settings. He has a particular interest in mindfulness and body-centered approaches to eating disorder recovery.

Shena Washburn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in the state of Washington and is the Director of Nutrition and Culinary Services for Accanto Health. She completed her Bachelor of Science in food and nutrition science from Seattle Pacific University and her accredited dietetic internship through California Polytechnic University. She has experience working in diverse healthcare settings including hospitals and private practice. With twelve years’ experience in the field of mental health and eating disorders, Shena is recognized by the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) as a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD). She holds a special interest in sports nutrition, mindfulness, gut health, Exposure Response Prevention, and building strong collaborative multi-disciplinary teams. Shena is passionate about supporting individuals in recovery to find a balanced and sustainable relationship with food, movement, and their body.
