Moving into Attunement: Joyful Movement is Possible

Join us for a continuing education event hosted by Accanto Health and presented by Stacy Schilter Pisano, LMFT, CEDS-S and Shena Washburn, RDN, CD, CEDRD. There is no fee to attend this course.

When it comes to food, we are confident in our approach…but what about physical activity? As we focus our attention on eating disorder symptom reduction, we often prioritize reducing or abstaining from physical activity that results in acute medical concerns. In this training, we will identify motivators and obstacles to engagement in physical activity, review evidence-based literature to assess for problematic patterns, and collaboratively identify interventions that support ALL our clients to develop an attuned relationship with movement and their bodies.

Accanto Health is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Accanto Health maintains responsibility for this program and its content. This program provides 2.0 continuing education credits.
