Program Director, River Oaks Hospital Eating Disorder Treatment Center
Marian McGavran is the Program Director of the Eating Disorders Treatment Center at River Oaks Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Tulane University and joined Social Services at River Oaks in 2003, gaining experience in the treatment of teens and their families on the Child and Adolescent Unit. After identifying an interest in the field of eating disorders, Ms. McGavran was transferred to the Eating Disorders Program where she was soon named Lead Therapist. In 2006, she was promoted to Program Director. Ms. McGavran is a member of the International Academy of Eating Disorders and her interests include: Family Therapy, Motivation Enhancement, and Relapse Prevention.

Victoria oversees the dietitians and diet technicians, carries a caseload of adolescents, supervises the menu and meal planning stages and develops nutrition-related protocols. She also implements current nutrition recommendations, participates in community outreach and trains dietitians.
Victoria began at Timberline Knolls as a diet tech while completing her undergraduate degree. After obtaining her RD licensure, she worked in our residential program with the adult population. She then worked with adults at Timberline’s partial hospitalization program and oversaw the development of the nutrition program in Orland Park. After spending a short time in the marketing department, she became the nutrition services director.
Victoria graduated from Benedictine University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree with a concentration in Dietetics. She did her dietetic internship at Dominican University, which included experience in clinical, community, and food service settings.

Bridget McCauley is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. She has worked extensively with individuals, and their families, in all levels of care. With her training and experience in eating disorders, substance abuse, developmental trauma, and health psychology, she has a special interest in treating adolescents and their families to move toward eating disorder recovery. She has extensive program development and management experience and currently oversees Clementine’s adolescent residential program in The Woodlands, Texas. Bridget enjoys working collaboratively and values creating a safe environment for clients to reach their goals.

Dr. Anna B. Tanner is Vice President of Medical Services for Veritas Collaborative. She is a board-certified Pediatrician who has specialized in the care of complicated adolescent patients, in particular patients with eating disorders, for over 20 years. Dr. Tanner completed medical school and residency at Vanderbilt University, and then remained there to serve on the Pediatrics faculty in the Division of Young Adult and Adolescent Medicine. Dr. Tanner has been very involved in advocacy and education efforts and serves on national and international committees for eating disorders education. She speaks frequently across the United States on the Medical Complications of Eating Disorders, especially as they affect children and young adolescents. Dr. Tanner currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pediatrics for Emory University School of Medicine and as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science for Morehouse School of Medicine. She is co-chair of the Academy of Eating Disorders (AED) Medical Care Standards Committee and a member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP) Certification Committee Task Force. Dr. Tanner is a Fellow in the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine (SAHM), a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and a Certified Eating Disorders Supervisor. She has been named by Atlanta magazine as a “Top Doctor” every year from 2013 to 2021 and named by Castle Connelly as an Exceptional Woman in Medicine and one of America’s Most Honored Doctors.

As Executive Director for Center for Discovery Houston, Megan Ledet oversees the residential and outpatient eating disorder facilities. She additionally serves as the Clinical Director at the residential level of care. Megan has over a decade of experience in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders, spanning across inpatient, residential, and PHP/IOP levels of care. Megan received her MSW from the University of Alabama and went on to serve as the PHP manager at a treatment center for eating disorders in Birmingham, AL immediately after graduation. In 2012, she moved in Miami, FL to work as a primary therapist at a residential ED facility treating adult women. There, she spearheaded the centers mindful movement program and was promoted to senior primary therapist in 2014– serving dual roles as therapist and clinical director. In 2015, Megan moved to Houston and served as a staff social worker at a nationally renowned inpatient mental health hospital before being promoted as the Director of Eating Disorder Services in 2017.
Megan is passionate about the treatment of eating disorders and the co-occurring struggles associated with the illness. She is extensively DBT trained and sees this as an ideal modality to facilitate change in individual’s experiencing EDs. Megan is EMDR trained and a skilled, trauma informed clinician. She is also an advocate for the power of relationships in healing and recognizes the sacred nature between clients and their treatment teams. Megan believes a strong, unified team is essential in fostering client healing and is excited to continue and create an environment that strengthens both client and staff.

Jessica Morton is a registered and licensed dietitian specializing in adolescents with eating disorders at Clementine Programs in the Woodlands, TX. She has experience in family/child nutrition and experience in non-diet approach to weight management in children and adolescents through intuitive eating. She is a HAES ® aligned dietitian believing health can be achieved at every size. During her free time she enjoys riding her horse in Hockley, TX and spending time with family and friends.

Dietitian, Clinical Outreach Representative, Center for Discovery SE Texas and Louisiana
Morgan Sinclair is the clinical outreach representative for Center for Discovery and oversees Southeast Texas and Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences as well as her Master’s of Science in Business from Texas A&M University. Morgan is a dietitian by trade and has had the ability to be a part of several programs, including nutrition-focused study abroad trips to northern Italy and Brazil, working at Medical Center for Eating Disorders, sitting on the board for the Houston Eating Disorder Specialists, and working as a dietitian for Center for Discovery before transitioning into the outreach role. She functions from a weight inclusive, Health at Every Size ® approach and has a strong passion for connecting with practitioners who work with eating disorders or those wanting to learn more about eating disorders. Morgan is an Enneagram Type 7 and when she’s not working, she can most likely be found at a coffee shop in Houston or on her way to the airport for a weekend getaway, which she can’t wait to get back to once social distancing is no longer in effect.
