A full refund and/or credit towards a future workshop or conference is available up to one week prior to the scheduled date of the training, subject to a $10 administrative fee. All online workshops are currently synchronous and require attendance at the scheduled date and time. Individuals who register for an online workshop and are unable to attend may request a refund or credit towards a future workshop within the previously stated timeframe. Council for Relationships reserves the right to refuse any refund requests outside of the specified time period. 

If a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education activities or processes, please contact Kristine Seitz via email to kseitz@councilforrelationships.org as soon as possible, so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion.
