In this live, interactive webinar, we will explore the Tibetan Buddhist idea of "bardo" and its application to our work as therapists. Bardo means “intermediate state” or "gap," and we experience it in many different ways, large and small. It might be as large as the emptiness in our lives created by the loss of a loved one, or it might be as small as forgetting why we came into the kitchen.
