Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) are both well-established evidenced-based approaches that address multiple clinical issues including treating trauma and complex trauma. Practical IFS-oriented interventions to use during preparation and resource development will be explored.
