We grow up with messages about shame, whether or not we realize it, especially
when it comes to sex. In this workshop, we gain the knowledge, therapeutic
interventions, and discern what exercises work best for you working with clients
regarding sexual shame and increasing sexual confidence. This is a deep dive of
understanding, recognizing, and knowing what to do when shame comes up in the
