About the speakers
Kelley Everson, LPC
Kelley joined the Stateline Mental Health Services team in August 2015. Originally, Kelley started as a part-time therapist and is now one of our full-time therapists. She received her B.S. in Sociology from Northern Illinois University. She then attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she received her M.S. in Counselor Education and later added an emphasis in School Counseling. Kelley has many years of experience working as a full-time school counselor. She has also worked as an adjunct professor in a counselor education program. Kelley specializes in abuse and trauma, ADHD, adjustment disorders, anger management, anxiety and panic disorders, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. She has also been trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, crisis intervention, and grief/loss counseling. Not only does Kelley serve clients in a therapeutic setting, she takes on administrative tasks related to our School Based Mental Health programs, and provides trainings to organizations about mental health, trauma, and stress management.
Faith Mattison, LCSW
Faith joined the team in September 2018 as a full-time therapist. She graduated with both her B.S and M.S.W. in University of Wisconsin Madison. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Faith has more than 20 years experience including Juvenile Probation, In Home Family Treatment and as a school social worker. Faith has experience working with children as young as 4 all the way to young adults. Faith specializes in anger management, anxiety, ADHD, autism, child welfare, fetal alcohol syndrome, LGBTQ+ issues, grief, intellectual and developmental disabilities, learning disabilitiesmood disorders, PTSD, and trauma. She focuses mainly on behavior modification, positive behavioral interventions and support, parental support and training, and health and behavior assessment and intervention services. Faith is the Clinical Supervisor at SMHS, overseeing all clinicians and social workers in training.
