Policies

Clintonville  Counseling and Wellness welcomes feedback and the opportunity to addresses program participant grievances. If the grievance concerns a speaker, the content presented by the speaker, or the style of presentation, the individual filing the grievance will be asked to put his/her comments in written format. The Conference Director will then pass on the comments to the speaker, assuring the confidentiality of the grieved individual. Grievances, continuing education approvals, refunds, and any other questions or concerns should be directed to April Cunningham, LPCC-S at april@clintonvillecounselor.com.

Any grievances are discussed at a monthly team meeting of CCW senior leadership, following the receipt of such a request. CCW senior leadership consists of founders and owners Emily Clark, MA, LPCC-S, and Abbey Carter-Logan, MA, LPCC-S, RYT 200, Jess Homan, MSW, LISW-S, and April Cunningham, MA, LPCC-S. The CCW team will respond to such requests within five business days of coming to a decision regarding that grievance.

These include but are not limited to the Ohio Counselors, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists Board We hope we can arrive at a mutually agreeable solution.
