Policies

We follow the principles of Universal Design for Learning to make trainings accessible to a wide range of participants. If you have any particular access needs we may need to account for, whether related to a documented disability or not, please let us know in advance so that we can do our best to include and accommodate everyone.


  • This session is interactive. To participate fully, each participant should have their own device with access to high-speed internet, a camera, and a microphone.
  • By default we provide computer-generated captions for all online sessions. If you need professional human-generated live captions, ASL interpretation, or other accommodations for communication, please let us know ASAP. We will do our best to meet any needs brought to our attention, however, as you know, some accommodations take time to set up!

If a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education activities or processes, please contact Tyler Gibson via confidential email to tyler@celearningsystems.com as soon as possible, so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion.

1. This virtual event will be hosted via Zoom Meeting, and you may be prompted to download or upgrade your Zoom app if using a mobile device. A strong WiFi connection will be required for best quality.


2. We recommend clicking your "Join Webinar" button early and checking that your speakers are on, and camera and microphone are working, before the event begins.


3. Please respect that no copying, recording, or distribution of live session content is allowed. CE's are provided for the "live" sessions only. CE's will not be available for the recordings.

Full refunds are available up to one week before the event date (less credit card processing fees).

After one week before the event date, no refunds are available. If you find you will be unable to attend, we will be glad to credit your  registration cost (less credit card processing fees) toward a future event. To arrange this please email Amanda at amanda@thinkagaintraining.com.
