COVID-19 Policy

Embodied Recovery Institute (ERI) policy for holding in-person trainings is as follows:

  1. All attendees must be fully vaccinated-including booster shots. This includes all faculty, assistants and students. At the beginning of the training, all attendees will sign a form confirming that they have been fully vaccinated, have not tested for or been exposed to someone else who tested positive for Covid within the last two weeks and are not currently experiencing any symptoms.

  1. Each day attendees will arrive at training venue with mask and will remain masked while in the training venue.  Upon arrival, they will have temperature taken.  If temperature is in normal range, they will be admitted to the venue.  If temperature is elevated beyond 99 degrees, you will not be admitted to the training venue.  There will be no refund offered for days missed due to elevated temperature

NOTE: While presenting didactic instruction, facilitators may unmask when standing 6+ feet away from students.

ERI reserves the right to continue this policy even if the Durham County mandate is lifted.

In the event that maintaining the safety of public health requires that ERI cancels or re-schedule an in-person training, ERI will notify registrants asap.  ERI will either refund tuition payments or apply payments made to a future training.

ERI recommends that registrants purchase travel insurance.  ERI is not responsible for non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses paid by registrants due to cancellation of training.
