We’ve all had a difficult day or a difficult session at work. These challenging experiences can impact our body, mind, and nervous system. One way we can support ourselves after a challenging day or experience is through somatic movement and yoga practices. In this session, we will explore the impact of stress and simple ways we can use somatic movement and yoga practices to ease stress, unwind tension, and shift to a more relaxed state.
